Laura leads a team that oversees every dime of NPU’s $100 million budget.
She expertly handles a wide range of responsibilities, managing accounting functions across all four of our utilities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. She also executes complex, multi-million dollar loan agreements with the State of Connecticut for a variety of long-term projects.
In addition to developing and tracking our annual budget, Laura is also responsible for NPU’s annual audit process.
