Every day, in good weather or bad (but especially during the bad) we receive words of gratitude about the men and women who work tirelessly to manage the utilities we provide our community. Whether high in a bucket truck, or a calm presence on the other end of a phone line, the dedication is apparent, but faces are rarely seen.
